Then we are looking for you!

European HR Team supports the region with achieving current and future business objectives and employee needs. As an intern you will support the team with a broad scope of the HR Projects and activities, with an emphasis on HR change management. This is a unique opportunity to add value by helping our team and employees adopt the newly introduced tools and solutions in a smooth and effective way with focus on the employee experience.  You will get a chance to work with various stakeholders & advise on the best ways to share the knowledge and best practice across the business.

In conclusion, this internship will allow you to gain knowledge & sharpen your skills through various tasks within the HR department. For example, you will gain experience with Compensation & Benefits, Team Engagement, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, L&D and will give you a chance to gain experience in using the newest HR systems and tools used to manage different HR processes. You will report to the European HR Project Manager.

What will you be doing?

Key accountabilities:

  • Support HR team on activities related (but not limited to) change management and internal communications on the ongoing projects
  • Support HR Team with the changes to the existing & creating new HR materials.
  • Support with administrative tasks & reporting.
  • Work with HRSSC on preparing documentation for our employee database

What are we looking for?

  • (Enrolled or just completed) Bachelor or Master’s degree program preferably in the area of HR/Psychology/Training
  • Strong computer skills: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of additional European languages as French or German will be an asset
  • Strong organization skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with remote work due to COVID-19 pandemic (a stable home internet connection is a must)
  • About the internship:
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Internship period: 6 months+  – 3-5 days per week (duration & frequency as well as start date to be discussed)

  • Work laptop
