The Product Consultant supporting Navisphere Vision will be responsible for working new and current customers on the Navisphere Vision platform to better understand their business and increase the usage metrics of MAU (monthly active users) and DAU (daily active users). This role will report into the Product Portfolio Manager for Navisphere Vision. This person will understand the customer’s goals relative to visibility and work with the customer contacts, and the internal account management teams (if they exist), to formulate customer workflow within Navisphere Vision and meet with them regularly to report on issues within the tool and carrier integration metrics. The Product Consultant will be incentivized to improve MAU and DAU metrics for the accounts they are responsible for and work with the Product Portfolio Manager to support new customer onboardings as time allows.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage new and current customers to understand their visibility business goals
  • Develop review cadences with customer, account teams, and product team to support in developing a workflow for customer and account team and document a bug and enhancement log in alignment with the Product Portfolio Manager for Navisphere Vision
  • Support the Product Portfolio Manger when time exists in defining current state of customer supply chain systems, carrier integration and build out future state integration into Vision
  • Work with customer to understand value additions they are looking to gain with Navisphere Vision and ensure they are using the application to achieve these goals via metrics like MAU and DAU
  • Work with the Product team supporting Navisphere Vision to better understand the technical architecture and data ingestion monitors to improve overall understanding of the platform and capabilities
  • Partner and hold accountable technical teams supporting Navisphere Vision to ensure the product is adding expected value to customer’s supply chains, issues or bugs are being resolved in a timely manner, and support the Program manager to ensure new product features or enhancements are documented and groomed with the Navisphere Vision EPMs

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Ability to travel up to 25% (domestically and internationally)
  • 2 years of experience at TMC or similar TMS or visibility offering in the industry
  • Understanding of technical integrations supporting supply chain processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of integrations that support visibility and carrier connections
  • Strong ability in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to leverage Microsoft SQL and Microsoft Power BI to identify trends and analysis in large data sets
