DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Respond to inbound calls from carriers, drivers, payment processing companies and C.H. Robinson employees and resolve or escalate as appropriate.  Maintain call log to track type and volume of calls received. 

  • Enter and update carrier insurance information into Navisphere.  

  • Activate Navisphere Carrier registration, set up user rights for drivers and carriers.  

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues with carrier technology (Navisphere Driver, Navisphere Carrier) for drivers, carriers and/or C.H. Robinson employees.

  • Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Previous Customer Service experience

Preferred:

  • Call center experience

  • Quick learner who is successful at multi-tasking

  • Possess strong detail orientation

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center team atmosphere

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs

  • Enthusiastic, curious, and self-motivated

  • Ability to understand and follow multiple operational procedures and rule sets

  • Values a diverse and inclusive work environment
