Robinson’s Global Marketing Team is seeking an AssociateWebsite Content Publisher to support our TMC division, and this may be a great fit. In this role, you will be publishing content on C.H. Robinson digital properties, building, and maintaining web content, interactive tools, and online experiences that build the C.H.   • Adding, modifying, and maintaining website content within our CMS, by selecting templates, components, and modules, adding tags, media assets, and SEO metadata
  • Coordinate and deliver content on, including additions, edits, and removal of content per timelines 
  • Maintain and improve overall site health, including link maintenance, keyword optimization, ADA compliance, core web vitals, etc. 
  • First responder to Sitecore content authoring for time sensitive content updates 
  • Collaborate with User Experience, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to achieve great web experiences 
  • Provide timely and appropriate communication of project status 
  • Test, troubleshoot, and support variety of website functionality before and after enhancement releases and campaign launches 
  • Monitor website data and trends for continuous improvement opportunities 
  • Support Digital Marketing Manager in enforcing established design, content standards and processes, challenging the status quo when necessary 
  • Participate in special projects as assigned 

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience with websites and content management systems
  • Clear understanding of digital marketing landscape and related strategies 
  • Broad technical understanding of HTML/CSS 
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Sitecore or AEM 
  • Understand digital data layer and concepts of dynamic web pages  
  • Experience working on a SCRUM team and/or in an agile environment 
  • Experience with component/atomic design 
  • Broad understanding of online content, SEO strategies, and UX/UI best practices 
  • Values a diverse and inclusive work environment 
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines 
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment yet independently productive and effective solving problems 
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is based on experience and location. We support you as your grow your career. Our career paths offer the potential for internal promotion - both horizontally and vertically.

Hourly: $19.50 - $35.50
