What’s the opportunity?
As an HR Coordinator you are part of the HR Operations team. This team provides employee and manager support across the network via email and phone regarding benefits, absence management, performance, and various other areas of HR. The Operations team facilitates HR operational processes, and support global HR technology. In this role, you will help support the employee onboarding processing, including global data entry, managing survey data, and auditing global data. You’ll also support internal predefined HR processes including, but not limited to, HR systems audit follow-up, and auditing of personnel files.
Provides general HR support to employees and managers by applying broad knowledge of HR concepts, and a general understanding of department fundamentals
Focus on benefits, absence management, performance, data entry, HR Audits and employee files upkeep
Works with hiring managers and employees to insure prompt and accurate flow of employee documentation
Able to execute predefined processes from detailed written or verbal instructions and apply knowledge of the process for follow up and troubleshooting.
Makes updates to process documentation as directed by the functional process owner or their supervisor for the HR Service Center Team.
Provides general HR system support.
Receives general supervision but is responsible to work semi-independently with predefined escalation point
Bachelor’s degree in HR-related field preferred
Experience supporting an HR function required
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Basic problem-solving skills
Demonstrated time management skills
Excellent customer service skills
Analytical, and great attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to work with data, ensuring accuracy
Experience with PeopleSoft preferred
