Senior HR Technology Analyst - Talent Management

C.H. Robinson is looking for a Senior HR Technology Analyst to partner and ensure smooth and successful global project and system implementations through a “make it happen” outlook, superior skill set, passion, and collaboration. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in executing key global processes, including data management, testing, and operational support to troubleshoot and resolve WD production issues. You will also liaise with the broader team of Technology Analysts to ensure effective intersections with other workstreams, including Core HR, Payroll, and Recruiting.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment as a Workday SME, consultatively managing the technology roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities. We are continuing to work remotely until we transition to the Eden Prairie, MN office in a hybrid work model, 1-2 days p/week in office, giving you the flexibility to create a career that enhances your life.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise, consultatively managing technology roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities
  • Design, configure, test, maintain, and recommend best practices for Workday technology that is focused on enhancing the global employee experience
  • Manage testing activities including test plans, scope, scenarios, and scripts and partner with HR teams to ensure regression, data loads and new feature testing is thorough
  • Investigate and troubleshoot system issues
  • Explain technical language to varying levels of technical and non-technical audiences
  • Partner with business process owners to determine which new features/functionality should be implemented
  • Create and manage project plans, support development and maintenance of training and communications materials
  • Accurately enter and maintain data in Workday including manual entry and data loads, executing audits, writing and maintaining reports, etc.
  • Act as a change agent; proactively research, propose opportunities, and implement ideas to improve and optimize processes
  • Navigate complex decision-making with multiple decision makers, providing exceptional customer service to internal and external team members, building lasting relationships

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working with HR technology solutions to support business objectives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Workday experience
  • Experience in a decentralized, multi-site, global organization
  • Consultative with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to break technical language down both verbally and in writing
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, analytical with the ability to understand problems, determine root causes and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Effective project management skills, proven ability to navigate competing priorities and simultaneous initiatives
  • Continuous improvement orientation
  • Comfortable working in a high volume, fast-paced, rapidly changing, results-oriented work environment
  • Values a diverse and inclusive work environment

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is based on experience and location. We support you as your grow your career. Our career paths offer the potential for internal promotion - both horizontally and vertically.

Annual Salary: $65000 - $125000
