RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE:

Le coordonateur de la tarification est un poste de premier échelon au sein de notre service de tarification. Ils sont chargés de répondre aux demandes de chargement des prix et des engagements des clients dans les plateformes CHR.

RESPONSABILITÉS:

Les tâches et responsabilités de ce poste comprennent, mais sans s'y limiter, les éléments suivants :

  • Coordonner, compléter et répondre aux demandes quotidiennes d'engagement de prix conformément aux dates d'échéance assignées ou aux accords de niveau de service pour les clients nouveaux et existants
  • Assurer la conformité avec les politiques opérationnelles avant de fixer le prix des affaires engagées
  • Fournir des notes sur chaque activité de tarification, en enregistrant la manière dont les prix ont été compilés pour communiquer efficacement ces informations au personnel des opérations concerné lors de l'attribution
  • Apprendre, comprendre et utiliser les différents outils de tarification disponibles
  • S'assurer du respect des politiques opérationnelles avant de fixer les prix des affaires
  • Soutenir les améliorations de processus identifiées
  • Communiquer et développer des relations avec les parties prenantes des bureaux du réseau CHR dans le but d'avoir constamment les prix les plus à jour pour les frais accessoires et/ou les fluctuations du marché
  • Collaborer avec la direction et les pairs pour identifier les meilleures pratiques afin de fournir une amélioration continue de la qualité des activités de tarification et des tendances qui conduisent à des ratios de gain plus favorables
  • Autres tâches ou responsabilités assignées selon les exigences spécifiques de l'équipe et/ou du pays

QUALIFICATIONS

Requis:

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent
  • Solides compétences en communication en Anglais et Français (écrite et verbale)

Préféré:

  • Minimum 1 à 2 ans d’expérience en tarification dans le domaine de la logistique
  • Baccalauréat d'un collège ou d’une université accréditée
  • Compétence de base dans la suite de programmes Microsoft Office
  • Capacité à travailler de manière interfonctionnelle et à collaborer efficacement
  • Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches, à faire preuve d'attention aux détails et à la précision, et à respecter les délais pour plusieurs demandes
  • Valorise un environnement de travail diversifié et inclusif

POSITION SUMMARY

The Pricing Coordinator is an entry level position within our Pricing department.  They are responsible for fulfilling the requests to load customer pricing and commitments into CHR platforms.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Coordinate, complete, and respond to daily pricing commitment requests in accordance with assigned due dates or service level agreements for new and existing customers
  • Ensure compliance with operational policies prior to pricing committed business
  • Provide notes on every pricing activity, logging how the pricing was compiled to effectively communicate that information to relevant operations staff upon award
  • Learn, understand and utilize the various pricing tools available
  • Ensure compliance with operational policies prior to pricing business
  • Support identified process improvements
  • Communicate and develop rapport with stakeholders at CHR network offices with the goal of constantly having the most up-to-date pricing for accessorial charges and/or market fluctuations 
  • Collaborate with management and peers to identify best practices to provide continuous improvement in the quality of pricing activities and trends that lead to more favorable win ratios
  • Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in both English and French

Preferred:

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of pricing experience in the logistics industry
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively partner
  • Ability to multi-task, demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy, and adhere to deadlines across multiple requests
