Account Representative at C.H. Robinson is responsible for efficiently executing our clients' orders. Their tasks are diverse, ranging from business negotiation and development to maintaining relationships and ensuring smooth operational execution.

Account Representative

Your responsibilities:

• Comprehensive handling of customer transport orders

• Daily cooperation with clients regarding their orders

• Negotiating and establishing terms of cooperation

• Building and maintaining business relationships with clients

• Ongoing analysis of market situations and reporting activities in the system

• Have professional experience in customer service

• Have completed higher education

• Have at least a C1 level of Czech proficiency

• Have at least a B2 level of English proficiency
