Zeitpunkt einen Supervisor (m/w/d) für den Bereich Air Export

Deine Aufgaben:

• Organisation von Luftfrachtsendungen
• Organisation von Projektsendungen Luftfracht
• Kontrolle und Lenkung der laufenden Frachtsendungen
• Budgetplanung und Kostenkontrolle
• Personelle Führung und Verantwortung für das Luftfrachtteam
• Internationale Kommunikation mit Kunden und Partnern
• Eskalation / Reklamation - Management
• Angebotserstellung
• Implementierung neuer Prozesse und neuer Geschäfte
• Kontrolle der Luftsicherheitsvorgaben

Dein Profil:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann/frau für Sepdition und Logistikdienstleistung
• Berufserfahrung im Bereich Luftfracht, idealerweise Kenntnisse der Luftsicherheit
• Erfahrung in der Personalführung
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Kommunikative Kompetenz
• Kundenorientierung und Qualitätsbewusstsein
• Teamfähigkeit
