The Digital Marketing Manager Europe is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote the company or brand's products. He/she manages various channels like social media networks, Google Ads, website content and email marketing to deliver a persuasive and cohesive marketing message to the audience of CH Robinson.
The Digital Marketing Manager reports to the Marketing Director Europe and will be working closely with the Communications & Brand manager as well as dedicated expert groups internationally. The organization in Europe is growing and can be described as entrepreneurial and fast paced.
The marketing team is relatively compact. A successful marketeer in this team is a team player, hands-on, able to understand the bigger picture and energized by getting things done together.
Responsibilities:
Ownership of our European online platforms. Ensuring that they are relevant, accurate and up to date. Continuously driving improvement based upon data and analytics.
Ownership of our social media channels and strategy. Choosing the appropriate channels to reach our audience and delivering a compelling message that drives brand awareness, engagement and leads. Setting up the content calendar and delivering upon the plan.
Campaign development and lead generation. From ideation to execution. Ensuring all relevant stakeholders are in line. Working with external and internal resources to deliver them on plan and within budget.
Management of stakeholders – bringing alignment between marketing and other functional areas
Result measuring and reporting – supporting fact-based decision making.
Co-development of marketing collaterals and sales support materials.
Marketing budget responsibility for the areas related to the scope of the role.
Supporting the organization with broader marketing tasks and responsibilities.
Collaboration with:
European Commercial organization (Marketing, Sales)
Global resource / Centers of Excellence.
Creative and Digital Marketing agencies
Required qualifications:
Marketing background (BBA level) with a specialization in Social Media and Digital Marketing
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
+ 5 years working in a fast paced, international B2B organization
Managed social media channels, online platforms, and campaigns
Masters data analytic tools
Excellent interpersonal / communication skills
Strong result orientation and priority setting
Hands-on – happy to take on new opportunities & tasks
Team player
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of other European languages
Project Management skills/experience Trello or Jira
Skilled in working with automation software e.g. Mailchimp, Hubspot, Sprinklr, Marketo
Experience in Account Based Marketing
Worked in remote teams
Creativity
