As a Fullstack Engineer on CH Robinson’s Global Forwarding team, you be responsible for delivering solutions to our business users to help them efficiently and effectively manage their global freight network.

You will collaborate with other software engineers, product managers, and quality assurance analysts to solve complex problems, improve our software development processes and standards, and keep up with emerging technologies. 

The team creates a new version of NaviSphere Online 2.0, an internal application for business users working on international transport. The migration team is focusing on acquisition processes and supporting integration between systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop software and designs solutions to satisfy customer requirements that consider performance and availability 

• Collaborate with product managers and principal software engineers to translate requirements into detailed designs 

• Increase code quality through writing unit, integration, and acceptance tests

Required Qualifications:

• +3 years of experience in creating applications and features in an object-oriented environment - C#, .NET Core, Javascript (if you prefer to work more on the backend or on the frontend side we also have a job for you:)

• HTTP and REST architecture experience

• Experience with SQL Server

• Proficient with unit, integration, and acceptance testing 

• Proficient with version control systems (ex. GIT, GitHub, TFS, etc.) 

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with React

• Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) 

• Experience with data streaming and messaging architecture and frameworks (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ESB) 

• Exerperice with UI/UX design
