You'll be leading the US Collection Team, optimizing cash collections for our US customer portfolio during the second shift (13:00-21:00/14:00-22:00), and enhancing our company's reputation through excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities & Objectives:

• Build and lead the US Collection Team, designing collection SLAs based on business needs

• Develop and maintain collection policies and procedures

• Collect past due customer invoices and provide weekly status reports to senior management

• Negotiate payment plans and resolve payment-related issues with customers

• Oversee productivity and performance management of the Collection team

• Ensure compliance with core regulatory requirements

• Coach, train, and motivate team members to exceed performance targets

• Develop collections strategies to enhance the customer contact experience through various channels

Skills/Experience:

• Proficiency in English (C1 level)

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading and managing a team

• Strong collections, account analysis, and negotiation skills

• Good knowledge of accounting, financial principles, and debt recovery regulations

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance

• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

• Demonstrated problem resolution skills

• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and collaborate with other departments

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Transportation industry experience is a plus
