You’ll join a fun international HR team and will have plenty of opportunity to promote best practice and service excellence through ongoing sharing of ideas, coaching and mentoring.

What will you be doing?

• Employee lifecycle administration (i.e. hiring, employee changes, termination processes),

• Processing and updating requests in case management system being first line support for employees; Ensuring that incoming inquiries to the HR Service Center are answered in a professional and efficient manner; Providing support to employees, managers, and HR Business Partners to enable them to effectively use the HR Portal and other relevant on-line tools for completing transactions

• Responsible for proper data input and for necessary corrections in Workday and other HR tools

• Managing benefits and processes around benefits for employees, checking invoices related to benefits

• Preparing employment documentation (contracts, certificates, amendment letters etc.

• Maintain all personal files including archiving according to country legislation

• Collecting data for payroll and providing necessary payroll controls

• Process monthly payroll cycle for the cluster of countries assigned, in cooperation with payroll providers,

• Preparation of reports on HR

• Drive and provide support in the carry-out of strategic HR Projects and modern HR solutions implementation,

• HR knowledge management: taking care for regular knowledge base update

• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

• Close cooperation with other HR roles to ensure high quality of service and business satisfaction

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position

• Good knowledge of Polish labour legislation

• Bachelor degree or equivalent

• Open to learn new technologies and systems

• Good knowledge of English (min.B2)

• Experience in the employment of foreigners in Poland would be an advantage
