We are currently looking for a candidate to join our team in the position of HR & PAYROLL SPECIALIST for our Caen office.

On Your Next Adventure, You’ll:

  • Coordinate cooperation with an external payroll provider responsible for creating payroll lists for the countries where we have our offices (the countries you will handle will depend on you).

  • Monitor payroll reports and salary calculations.

  • Ensure the accuracy of documentation and data.

  • Check employee working hours and vacations.

  • Be responsible for administration and benefits.

  • Participate in global projects, implementing automations and improvements.

  • Collaborate with the Accounting Team.

  • Respond to employee inquiries.

  • Collabora with external institutions.

You’re a Great Fit if You Have:

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR and Payroll Specialist.

  • Experience in an accounting office is desirable.

  • You have a good understanding of labor law, social insurance, and taxes, or you are willing to develop in this area.

  • You are proficient in English and French

  • You are proficient in Excel and enjoy working with numbers.

  • You are diligent and can organize your work well.

  • You can adapt to a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
