Le/la Spécialiste Paie et RH de C.H. Robinson coordonnera la paie avec des prestataires externes, en veillant à l'exactitude des opérations dans nos bureaux à l'échelle mondiale. Ce rôle consiste à surveiller les rapports de paie, à collaborer sur des tâches administratives et à contribuer à des améliorations stratégiques des processus. RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES
Les responsabilités de ce poste incluent, sans s'y limiter:

• Coordonner la collaboration avec un prestataire externe de paie chargé de la création des listes de paie pour les pays où nous avons des bureaux (les pays dont vous serez responsable dépendront de vous).

• Surveiller les rapports de paie et les calculs de salaires.

• Assurer l'exactitude de la documentation et des données.

• Vérifier les heures de travail et les congés des employés.

• Être responsable de l'administration et des avantages sociaux.

• Participer à des projets mondiaux, en mettant en œuvre des automatisations et des améliorations.

• Collaborer avec l'équipe comptable.

• Répondre aux questions des employés.

• Collaborer avec des institutions externes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Exigées:

• Vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience en tant que Spécialiste Paie et RH.

• Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais (écrit et oral).

Souhaitées:

• Une expérience en cabinet comptable est souhaitable.

• Vous avez une bonne compréhension du droit du travail, de la sécurité sociale et de la fiscalité, ou êtes désireux(se) de vous développer dans ce domaine.

• Vous maîtrisez Excel et appréciez travailler avec les chiffres.

• Vous êtes rigoureux(se) et savez bien organiser votre travail. Vous savez vous adapter à un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution.

C.H. Robinson’s Payroll and HR Specialist will coordinate payroll with external providers, ensuring accuracy across our global offices. This role involves monitoring payroll reports, collaborating on administrative tasks, and contributing to strategic process improvements. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following: 

• Coordinate cooperation with an external payroll provider responsible for creating payroll lists for the countries where we have our offices (the countries you will handle will depend on you).

• Monitor payroll reports and salary calculations.

• Ensure the accuracy of documentation and data.

• Check employee working hours and vacations.

• Be responsible for administration and benefits.

• Participate in global projects, implementing automations and improvements.

• Collaborate with the Accounting Team.

• Respond to employee inquiries.

• Collabora with external institutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required: 

• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR and Payroll Specialist.

• Fluent in French and English (written and verbal) 

Preferred: 

• Experience in an accounting office is desirable.

• You have a good understanding of labor law, social insurance, and taxes, or you are willing to develop in this area.

• You are proficient in Excel and enjoy working with numbers.

• You are diligent and can organize your work well.

• You can adapt to a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
