What will you be doing?

• Analyzing customer payment statuses thru 3rd party provider portals as a min duty

• Utilizing problem solving and critical thinking skills to determine root cause of aging invoices

• Leverage systems functionality and established processes to resolve hold/ not approved invoices  

• Build and coordinate partnerships internally with branches to strengthen customer relations and overall CHR profitability 

• Follow set escalation process on problematic accounts

• Calling, emailing, and/or faxing customers requesting payment status on past due balances in a professional and courteous manner occasionally

• Support ideas for process improvement

Your professional profile:

• Proficiency in English (min. C1) is a must

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

Your skills:

• Strong customer service skills

• Excellent verbal, written and communication skills

• Quick learner

• Ability to use own judgment and make decisions.

• Ability/desire to work in a big group (40+)
