Responsibilities:

• Reviewing cash and credit card declarations in SAP Concur, allocating to appropriate cost centers, communicating with employees

• Taking care of administrative task in Concur related to account set ups and any set up changes

• Credit card management

• Managing Master data base for European Carriers and Suppliers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Economics

• Fluency in English is required – B2 min

• Accurate & reliable

• Eager to learn & open minded

• Good communication skills

• Profound knowledge of Excel

• Accounting test to be passed
