C.H. Robinson is seeking a dynamic Credit and Collections Representative with Spanish to join our team! In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge systems to resolve aging invoices while building strong relationships with internal and external customers. You’ll professionally handle past-due balance inquiries via phone and email, and escalate complex cases to senior team members when necessary. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

• Resolve aging invoices using advanced systems and established processes

• Contact customers via phone and email to obtain payment status on past-due balances

• Build strong professional relationships with internal and external customers by providing timely, courteous service

• Follow established procedures while maintaining high-quality standards

• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or leadership

• Share ideas for process improvements to enhance efficiency

• Develop and expand your skills in the collections process

• Support team or country-specific requirements as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Required qualifications:

• English and Spanish (min. B2) is a must

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

• Strong customer service skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Critical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to use own judgement and make sound decisions

• Ability to work in fast-paced, professional, and deadline driven environment
