C.H. Robinson is seeking a dynamic Credit and Collections Representative with Spanish to join our team! In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge systems to resolve aging invoices while building strong relationships with internal and external customers. You’ll professionally handle past-due balance inquiries via phone and email, and escalate complex cases to senior team members when necessary. In this role, after 3- months fully on-site work, you will engage with peers on-site three days a week, igniting creativity and driving impactful results. With the flexibility for remote work two day a week, this role strikes the perfect balance between teamwork and autonomy.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Resolve aging invoices using advanced systems and established processes

  • Contact customers via phone and email to obtain payment status on past-due balances

  • Build strong professional relationships with internal and external customers by providing timely, courteous service

  • Follow established procedures while maintaining high-quality standards

  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or leadership

  • Share ideas for process improvements to enhance efficiency

  • Develop and expand your skills in the collections process

  • Support team or country-specific requirements as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Required qualifications:

  • English and Spanish (min. B2) is a must

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred:

  • Critical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to use own judgement and make sound decisions

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, professional, and deadline driven environment
